ABOUT MUSICAL TRIXSTAR

Musical Trixstar has been created by husband and wife team Mark and Jo Percival. With over 20 years music teaching experience between them in both London and Derbyshire they have combined their observations and created a fun, fresh and innovative way of addressing music theory.

Mark studied the French Horn at Chethams School of Music before gaining a BMus(Hons) degree at Trinity College of Music .  In 2002 - 2006 Mark served in the prestigious military band, HRH Band of the Coldstream Guards.

Jo studied the violin at Trinity College of Music and has worked as a freelance musician in London and around the UK.

Music theory has been a focal point in Mark & Jo’s careers working as peripatetic teachers for the London Borough of Waltham Forest Music Service and Derbyshire City and County Partnership.
